You will be sent the gift voucher(s) with the current programme and other information on Essence Food Studio. It will be in a gift envelope enclosed in an envelope to you. You can complete the ‘to’ and ‘from’ sections.

Redeeming your voucher:

The voucher is open for you to book an event of your choice. To select an event, visit www.essencefoodstudio.com, then click on ‘Whats on’. Ring or email to make the booking. Make sure you have your voucher number to secure the booking.

You could also ring (03) 9742 3068 or email essencefoodstudio@bigpond.com requesting a programme to be sent. As often events are fully booked in advance, it is recommended to give plenty of notice to ensure a place in an event.

Conditions of use of voucher:

[1] Please note: as a condition of sale there are no refunds/transfers or exchanges once the booking      is complete except in accordance with applicable laws in the region of purchase.

[2] The voucher can be transferred to be used by another person.

[3] The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credited to an account.

[4] Voucher should be handled like cash and kept secure. If the voucher is lost or stolen,
     Essence Food Studio cannot be held liable.
